YDJ-5/50 oil-immersed light high voltage test transformer is a high voltage testing equipment. This series of products adopts CD core horizontal design to improve anti-vibration capability. The primary winding and high voltage winding are coaxially wound on the core, thereby reducing leakage flux and increasing coupling between windings. The overall structure of the product is compact, with strong universality, and is easy to use and carry. It is suitable for power systems and power users to test the insulation performance of various high voltage electrical equipment on site, and is an essential test instrument for power equipment testing and preventive tests.
The YDJ series light high voltage test transformer can not only be used for AC power frequency withstand voltage tests, but if equipped with filter capacitors, silicon stacks, and high voltage DC microammeters of the same voltage level and capacity, it can be assembled into a DC high voltage test device to measure high voltage DC leakage current.
1. The product adopts a one-time pressed high voltage bushing;
2. The bushing is completely isolated from the oil tank, and all connecting parts are sealed with imported oil-resistant O-rings, thoroughly solving the common problem of transformer oil leakage;
3. Horizontal core design effectively improves the product's seismic resistance;
4. All products undergo a 24-hour inverted test before leaving the factory to check for oil leakage in the test transformer;
5. All products can pass 1.1 times induced withstand voltage test;
6. The insulating oil adopts colorless and transparent Karamay original oil;
7. The high and low voltage wires use high-strength polyester, oxygen-free copper rod enameled wire;
