GKC-F High Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristic Tester



With the development of society, people have increasingly higher requirements for the safety and reliability of electricity use. High-voltage circuit breakers play a dual role of control and protection in the power system, and their performance directly affects the safe operation of the power system. Mechanical characteristic parameters are one of the important parameters for judging the performance of circuit breakers. The GKC-F High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester is designed based on the "High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers" GB1984-2003, and in accordance with the People's Republic of China power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Testing Equipment" Part 3, DL/T846.3-2004 High Voltage Switch Comprehensive Tester, providing convenience for dynamic analysis of various types of circuit breakers, and can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers of various voltage levels, including low oil, multi-oil, vacuum, and SF6 types.

(4) Can realize single close, single open, close-open, reclose, and reopen operations of circuit breakers;



(5) Convenient wiring, simple operation, only one closing (opening) action is needed to obtain all closing (opening) data, can choose to save 50 sets of data, provide later query and upload to computer for storage, and can also print all data and motion curve charts on-site;



(6) Uses Chinese prompts for human-machine dialogue operation;



(7) Accurate data, strong anti-interference, small size, light weight, beautiful and elegant;



(8) Built-in clock circuit, can display current year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and even if power is off, can automatically save setting data and test data;



(9) Built-in delay protection function, after the circuit breaker operates, it can automatically cut off the action power supply, well protecting the circuit breaker equipment and the high-voltage switch tester;



(10) The instrument has built-in DC power supply, selectable range: 30-270V/10A), without the voltage drop at the output instant of conventional rectifier power supplies, very suitable for testing switch action voltage. If other power supplies are needed, external input is available.



(11) Can dynamically analyze the relationship between time, travel, and speed of the circuit breaker every 1ms;



(12) Can be configured with upload software to achieve computer archiving and online viewing, printing.
