Time: Intrinsic opening and closing time of 12 break contacts, same-phase synchronization, and inter-phase synchronization.



Closing Resistance: Pre-insertion time, pre-insertion waveform, and resistance value of closing resistors for 6 break contacts.



Reclosing: For each break contact, the process times of close-open, open-close, and open-close-open: first opening time, first closing time, second closing time, metal short-circuit time, and no-current time.



Bounce: For each break contact, closing bounce time, bounce count, bounce process, bounce waveform; opening rebound amplitude for each break contact.



Speed: Just opening speed, just closing speed, maximum speed, time-travel characteristic curve.

Suitable for mechanical characteristic testing of all models of SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical appliances, vacuum switches, and oil switches produced domestically and internationally.



Strong anti-interference capability, allowing easy testing and accurate measurement even when the bypass busbar of a 500KV substation is live.



Universal speed sensors, linear sensors, and rotary sensors are extremely convenient and simple to install.



With one switch operation, all data and corresponding waveform diagrams of the switch mechanical characteristic test are obtained.



The host can store on-site test data, and the built-in real-time clock facilitates archiving and saving of test dates and times.



 



The host features a large screen, wide temperature range, direct view, backlit LCD, and full Chinese display of all data and diagrams. LCD contrast is electronically adjustable with power-off memory.



Chinese menu operation for user convenience. The instrument has a built-in printer for quick printing of all data and diagrams at any time.



The instrument is equipped with a USB interface and data analysis management software, can be operated in conjunction with a PC, test results can be directly saved to a USB drive, and can also be output to various dot matrix, laser, or inkjet printers for test reports, making on-site testing computerized.
