Fully Automatic Transformer Ratio and Group Tester The main function and purpose is to test the turns ratio or voltage ratio of power transformers during the production process of semi-finished and finished products, before new transformers are put into operation, and during the operation of transformers in the power system, according to the preventive test regulations of the Ministry of Power, which require regular turns ratio or voltage ratio tests on operating transformers. Traditional ratio bridges are cumbersome to operate, have non-intuitive readings, and require necessary conversions, with test results only providing data for one phase ratio. The fully automatic transformer ratio and group tester overcomes the shortcomings of traditional ratio bridge testing. The screen completes three-phase ratio testing in one go, with fast test speed and high accuracy. This greatly saves on-site testing time and brings high efficiency to customer tests.
