High Voltage Switch Tester Performance
Time: Inherent opening and closing time for 12 break contacts, same-phase synchronization, and inter-phase synchronization.
Reclosing: For each break contact, the process times of close-open, open-close, and open-close-open: one open time, one close time, second close time, gold short time, and no-current time values.
Bounce: For each break contact, the closing bounce time, bounce count, bounce process, bounce waveform; and the opening rebound amplitude for each break contact.
Speed: Just-open and just-close speeds, maximum speed, and time-travel characteristic curve.
Travel: Total travel, opening distance, overtravel, overshoot travel, and rebound amplitude.
Current: Opening and closing coil currents during opening and closing operations, and current waveform diagrams.
Operating Voltage: The tester provides a digitally adjustable DC30~250V/20A circuit breaker operating power supply, automatically completes the low-voltage operation test of the circuit breaker, and measures the operating voltage value of the circuit breaker.
