Functions

1. High current output terminal

2. Power indicator light

3. Power input terminal: AC: 220V power input here.

4. Ground terminal, for safety, this terminal should be grounded.

5. 4 1/2 LCD digital current display.

6. Current output button, press this button to output high current, the output indicator light turns on.

7. Current cut-off button, press this button to cut off high current, the output indicator light turns off.

8. High current adjustment knob.

9. Ammeter calibration adjustment hole, used when the meter needs to be calibrated. During calibration, lift the circular seal, and use a small flat-head screwdriver or a watchmaker's screwdriver to adjust. After adjustment, restore the circular seal.

Operating Environment:

1. Working power supply: 220V or 380V   ±10%  50HZ

2. Ambient temperature: —10℃—40℃

3. The product should be placed in an environment free from gas vapor, chemical dust, dirt, and other explosive media that seriously affect transformer insulation.

Main Performance Indicators

1. Input power: AC: 220V-25A, 50Hz

2. Output current: 500A-5000A

3. Output current waveform distortion: ≤5%

4. 4 1/2 LCD digital display, range: 0~5000A, resolution: 0.1A,
accuracy: ±0.5%

5. Operating environment: temperature -10-40℃, relative humidity <80%

6. Dimensions: 402X232X245mm

7. Weight: 30Kg

Precautions:

1. The instrument must be properly grounded.

2. Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, the red indicator light turns on, and the current generator waits for current generation.

3. Rotate the voltage regulator clockwise evenly, and observe the output current indicator on the operation panel until the desired high current is reached.

4. During the test, if any abnormal condition is found, immediately cut off the power supply, investigate the cause, and then proceed with the test.

5. After the test, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, cut off the power supply with the air switch, disconnect the working power, and then remove the test wiring to ensure safety.
