1. Zero Adjustment of the Instrument Meter
After the instrument has been used for a period of time, it may need adjustment. The adjustment method is: start the instrument, the alarm light is on (do not connect the test sample at this time), press and hold the detection button, and adjust the corresponding potentiometer on the panel until the meter readings are "zero ±1 digit" respectively. Voltage and current zeroing are performed separately.
2. Instrument Error Adjustment
After the instrument has been used for a period of time, if errors are found, adjustments can be made. After connecting the test sample, if the U1mA value is determined, assuming it is 27.0kV, press and hold the detection button, check whether the voltage meter reading is equal to the reference voltage U1mA (27.0kV) of the tester. If not, adjust the reference potentiometer on the left side of the voltage meter. After adjustment, release the detection button. (See the figure below for the adjustment of the reference voltage)
3. Simple Fault Handling
If the current meter display is abnormal or cannot be adjusted to zero, it indicates that the input protection operational amplifier (CA3140E) IC1 in the current loop is damaged, similar to a blown fuse. Replace the configured component.
