1. When unpacking, check whether the electrical components and contact points have been damaged during transportation or have poor contact.

  2. Before use, check whether the contact of each electrical appliance is good, especially the contact of the voltage regulator carbon brush must be good.

  3. It should be operated strictly in accordance with the relevant operating procedures, and it is strictly forbidden to use it privately or without the supervision of a safety officer.

  4. The equipment should be stored in a ventilated, dry place without corrosive gases.

MSGK-30 requires 0A switch closing power supply

This power supply is composed of a fully controlled three-phase rectifier module, a phase-shift trigger circuit, an automatic adjustment circuit, and an absorption circuit.

The transistor intelligent control module integrates the complex automatic adjustment circuit, thyristor, and trigger circuit into one. By adjusting the magnitude of the control signal voltage, the conduction angle of the thyristor is changed, thereby achieving the functions of power supply adjustment and automatic control.

The trigger circuit system, thyristor, and thermal conductive base plate are insulated and isolated from each other, with a dielectric strength greater than 2500V, making it safe and convenient to use. The input end of the three-phase rectifier module has no phase sequence restriction. It can be applied to resistive and inductive loads.

  Instructions:

  1. Connect three-phase four-wire AC380V

  2. Connect the output DC300V to the load

  3. Rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero.

  4. Check and confirm that the wiring is correct

  5. Close the power switch

  6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to a suitable value.

  7. After the test is completed, first rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then turn off the power switch,

and only after the discharge is complete can you start disconnecting the wires.

  Operating Procedures

  1. Set up the site according to relevant regulations, connect the equipment wiring, and in areas where conditions permit, there should be a dedicated safety officer present for guidance.

  2. Before operation, adjust the controller according to the capacity and voltage level of the test object.

  3. After connecting the power input line, close the power switch, first return the voltage regulator to zero, press the start button to engage the contactor, the voltage regulator is energized, the power signal light goes out, and the power transmission signal light turns on. At this time, you can rotate the voltage regulator knob clockwise to perform the boost test.

  4. When the voltage rises to the required voltage value, rotate the voltage regulator knob counterclockwise until the voltage regulator returns to zero, then press the stop button. The zero position indicator light turns on. It indicates that the test object has passed the withstand voltage test.
