1 Product Structure
The GTB series dry-type test transformer utilizes advanced production equipment, adopts coil winding epoxy vacuum casting and CD-type iron core made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel, effectively reducing magnetic flux leakage. For DC withstand voltage tests, no external silicon stack is needed; simply screw the matching DC high-voltage silicon stack onto the high-voltage end to obtain DC. The GTB series dry-type test transformer, due to its innovative design concept, material selection, and manufacturing process, minimizes volume and weight without compromising performance.
2 Working Principle
This series of dry-type test transformers has an input voltage of 200V or 400V. Using the matching control box (console) with an auto-transformer, the input voltage is adjusted to the primary winding (low-voltage end) of the test transformer. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, a high voltage output proportional to the turns ratio of the primary winding can be obtained at the secondary winding (high-voltage end), continuously adjustable from zero volts to the rated maximum value. For DC withstand voltage and leakage current tests, simply install the high-voltage silicon stack at the high-voltage output end to obtain DC high voltage, whose amplitude is 1.414 times the power frequency high voltage value、
