How Often Is the Level III Power Facilities Testing License Inspected?
According to IEC and relevant national regulations, transformers in production, whether semi-finished or finished, as well as newly installed or overhauled transformers, must undergo transformer ratio testing before being put into operation. The "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Testing of Power Equipment" also require regular measurement of the transformer ratio for operating transformers. Transformer ratio testing can check the condition of the transformer's windings and tap changers, and determine whether there are defects such as coil short circuits, incorrect connections, or inter-turn short circuits, thereby ensuring the safe use of the equipment.
The transformer ratio and group tester uses a 32-bit ARM core as the processing center to control the entire device. It enables the one-time completion of ratio measurement for single-phase or three-phase transformers. The instrument's operation is fully displayed in Chinese menus, making it simple and intuitive. The test results are accurate and reliable, and the instrument can store and print test results. It has strong anti-interference capability and can meet the needs of ratio testing for various large, medium, and small transformers.
Features of the Transformer Ratio and Group Tester
1. Particularly suitable for ratio and phase difference testing of special transformers
2. Particularly suitable for measuring rectifier transformers with phase shifting, clearly displaying the phase shift angle
3. Automatically generates a three-phase (120°) or two-phase (90°) power supply with stable amplitude and constant phase
4. Not constrained by the internal wiring of the transformer, directly measuring the voltage ratio and phase angle difference between the high and low voltage sides
5. True simultaneous three-phase measurement
6. Test parameters are set once, and after switching the tap changer, testing is performed directly, automatically determining the tap position and the standard ratio after switching
7. Fast speed, with a test time of 8 seconds for one set of data
8. Test results are not affected by fluctuations in the frequency or amplitude of the power supply
9. Built-in overcurrent protection and protection against reverse connection of high and low voltage
10. The entire testing process can be controlled by a host computer, with data saving and test report printing
11. Test results are automatically saved, with a maximum of 99 stored
12. The instrument has a built-in user manual that can be consulted at any time
