The dielectric loss tester is a novel automated instrument for measuring the dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) and capacitance value (Cx). It can measure the dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) and capacitance value (Cx) of various insulating materials, insulating bushings, power cables, capacitors, transformers, and other high-voltage equipment on-site under power frequency high voltage. The dielectric loss tester can also be used with an external power supply and standard capacitors of various specifications and high voltage levels produced by the company to measure high-voltage dielectric loss. It has strong anti-interference capability. The dielectric loss tester adopts an automatic tracking interference compensation circuit, combining vector operation with phase shifting method, effectively eliminating the impact of strong electric field interference on measurement, suitable for field tests at 500kV and below substations.
Main Features
1. Large LCD Chinese display
The instrument is equipped with a large screen (105mm×65mm) Chinese menu interface, divided into left and right parts: the left side is the function menu area, and the right side is the relevant status information prompt. Every step is very clear, and operators can use it without professional training. One operation, the microcomputer automatically completes the entire measurement process, making it a very ideal dielectric loss measurement device at present.
2. Massive data storage
The instrument is equipped with a calendar chip and large-capacity memory, which can save test results in chronological order, view historical records at any time, and print output;

The instrument data can be exported via USB drive, and can be viewed and managed on any PC using our company's dedicated software, and work reports can be generated.
4. Multiple test modes
The instrument can use internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, positive connection method, reverse connection method, self-excitation method, and other methods for testing; under external standard and external high voltage, high voltage (greater than 10kV) dielectric loss can be measured.
5. CVT test in one step
The instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVT (capacitive voltage transformer) C1 and C2, achieving simultaneous testing of C1 and C2. The instrument can also test CVT ratio and voltage angle difference.
6. High-speed sampling signal
The inverter and sampling circuit inside the instrument are all digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable.
