Intelligent Transformer Ratio and Group Tester Product Introduction:

Using a ratio bridge to measure the transformer ratio involves a cumbersome operation process and a narrow measurement range, which no longer meets the fast-paced and high-efficiency requirements of modern measurement. To this end, our factory has adopted modern electronic technology to develop a new generation of fully automatic ratio and group tester. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, high precision, and good stability. It features a large-screen LCD with Chinese character display, menu operation, clear interface, and can measure ratio and group in one go. This instrument is an ideal testing instrument for the power industry.

Detection Principle:

Under the action of higher frequency voltage, each winding of a transformer can be regarded as a passive linear two-port network composed of distributed parameters such as linear resistance, inductance (mutual inductance), and capacitance. Its internal characteristics can be described by the transfer function H(jω). If the winding deforms, the internal distributed inductance, capacitance, and other parameters will inevitably change, causing the zeros and poles of the equivalent network transfer function H(jω) to change, thereby altering the frequency response characteristics of the network.

1. Dual AC/DC power supply: lithium battery powered or 220V AC charger powered with adaptive switching.

2. A single charge can continuously measure the ratio and group of 100 transformers.

3. Intelligent charging management, remaining battery level display, low battery alarm, automatic backlight adjustment to save power.

4. Full three-phase sine inverter power output, automatic output voltage adjustment, with soft start and soft stop functions, thus fast testing speed and high accuracy.

5. Testing functions for three-phase transformers, single-phase transformers, PT, Z-type transformers: ratio, group, and polarity.

6. Blind test function, i.e., ratio and group testing without knowing the high and low voltage connection modes.
