Oil-immersed Test Transformer:
1. Advantages: Adopts single-frame core-type iron core structure. The primary winding is wound on the iron core, and the high-voltage winding is on the outside. This coaxial arrangement reduces leakage flux, thereby increasing the coupling between windings. The product's shell is made into an octagonal structure that fits well with the core assembly, making the overall appearance beautiful and elegant.
2. Model selection: GH-YD: Voltage: 50-350KV, Capacity: 5-100KVA (If higher voltage and capacity are needed, it can be customized according to your requirements);
Gas-filled High Voltage Test Transformer:
1. Advantages: Uses high-quality cold-rolled DQ-151 oriented silicon steel sheets stacked into a multi-stage cylindrical frame-shaped iron core. On a specially made high-strength insulating cylinder, QZ type wire is used to directly and continuously wind a high-voltage tower-type coil. The shell is of suitable size and filled with SF6 gas.
2. Application: Due to the excellent insulation and arc-extinguishing properties of sulfur hexafluoride gas, as well as its non-flammability, it has been widely used as a new insulating medium.
3. Model selection: GH-YDQ: Voltage: 50-400KV, Capacity: 5-100KVA (If higher voltage and capacity are needed, it can be customized according to your requirements);
Dry-type Test Transformer:
1. Advantages: Adopts new technology of epoxy vacuum casting for coil windings and CD-type iron core. Compared with similar oil-immersed transformers, it significantly reduces weight and volume, improves insulation strength and moisture resistance in quality, and effectively weakens leakage flux while greatly strengthening it.
2. Scope of application: Suitable for on-site testing of insulation performance of various electrical equipment in power systems, DC withstand voltage and leakage current tests of electrical products, and can also be used as high-voltage power sources in other electrical systems or devices requiring AC/DC high voltage and small current.
