Purpose of 150 High Current Generator: It combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, adopts CNC technology, has strong anti-interference ability, and compared with the previous generation of current generators, due to the use of low-power, large-capacity auto-coupling voltage regulator and high-permeability iron core transformer, it has the advantages of large output power, small size, and light weight. Mainly used for calibration of thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, and protection panels.

3. Operation aspects
(1) After wiring, check again to see if there are any wiring errors and whether the connectors are in good contact.
(2) During the test, if there is arcing, or any abnormal phenomenon such as no display when starting up, immediately turn off the power and recheck the wiring.
(3) In actual wiring, the current output terminal should form a loop, otherwise the instrument will not output current.
(4) This current generator comes with random output wires; external copper wires should be selected according to 10A/mm2. (Standard configuration is two 1-meter test leads)
(5) The equipment capacity is designed for short-term work of 5 minutes. If used for batch testing, the working time should be less than 2.5 minutes, and wait 10 minutes before next operation. If doing temperature rise (30 minutes to 24 hours), it should be configured according to long-term working temperature rise.
