Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage Tester

Product Overview

Executive Standard: DL/T848-2004

The induced withstand voltage test for transformers and instrument transformers is an important test to ensure that transformer quality meets national standards. The longitudinal insulation induced withstand voltage test for inter-turn, inter-layer, inter-section, and phase-to-phase insulation of transformer windings is a key item in transformer insulation testing. Due to the special nature of the longitudinal insulation test, it is necessary to apply a frequency-multiplied power supply device to increase the test voltage across winding insulation, thereby achieving the purpose of the withstand voltage test.

The GDSF-81 triple frequency generator is designed and manufactured by Guodian Xigao to meet the above requirements. It has been proven by extensive user experience to be simple to operate, reliable in performance, and well-suited to meet the needs of transformer and instrument transformer induced withstand voltage testing.

Product Features

  • Adopts a three-phase five-limb structure, simplifying the process and reducing the internal impedance and leakage flux losses of the transformer body, thereby improving the efficiency of the generator.

  • Its weight and volume are both smaller than those of a traditional set of three single-phase transformers, and it is equipped with a control box of corresponding capacity, making it convenient for on-site use.

  • This product can be used as a power source for induced withstand voltage testing of transformers and electrical equipment of corresponding capacity, or as a 150Hz power source for short-term operation.
