Overview of Variable Frequency Dielectric Loss Tester

Dielectric loss insulation testing can effectively detect overall moisture, deterioration, and local defects in electrical equipment insulation. It is widely used in electrical manufacturing, electrical equipment installation, handover, and preventive tests. The anti-interference dielectric loss tester adopts variable frequency power supply technology, utilizing microcontrollers and electronic technology for automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data computation, achieving strong anti-interference capability, fast testing speed, high accuracy, and easy operation. The variable frequency power supply uses a high-power switching power supply, outputting pure sine waves at 45Hz and 55Hz, with automatic voltage boosting, providing up to 10kV voltage; it automatically filters out 50Hz interference, suitable for on-site testing in environments with strong electromagnetic interference such as substations.

Features of Variable Frequency Dielectric Loss Tester

        1. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements for oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, only a standard oil cup and dedicated test leads are needed to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement.

        2. It uses variable frequency technology to eliminate on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, ensuring reliable data even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.

        3. Overcurrent protection function protects the instrument from damage when the test object is short-circuited or broken down.

        4. Built-in standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply facilitate on-site testing and reduce on-site wiring.

        5. The instrument uses a large-screen LCD display, and the testing process is guided by Chinese menu prompts, making it intuitive and easy to operate.
