2. Test current: DC 50A, 100A, 150A, 200A fixed output
3. Measurement accuracy: ±(0.5% rd+2d)
4. Continuous working time: 5s~599s
5. Display mode: large screen Chinese LCD display
6. Communication method: RS232 serial port
7. Working power supply: AC220V±10% 50Hz
8. Total power: 1200W
Operating Procedures
1. Connect the wiring according to the four-terminal method.
2. Turn on the power.
3. Press the measurement key (if the current display A value is less than 100A, it can be corrected through the panel current fine-tuning).
4. After the measurement value is displayed, save the data.
5. After the measurement, please turn off the power.
6. Please take care of the test clamps.
Instructions
1. According to the four-wire measurement method, connect the test object to the instrument panel with the special test leads, noting that the voltage measurement leads should be connected inside the current output leads.
2. Connect the AC220V power supply (note: the third wire of the power input, i.e., the protective ground, must be connected to the earth), press the power switch, and the ammeter and resistance meter will display "000" (one digit may fluctuate before the reading stabilizes).
3. Press the measurement switch, adjust the current output knob (clockwise) until the ammeter displays "100.0", then read the number on the resistance meter, which is the resistance of the test object, and record it. (If "1" is displayed, it indicates the measured circuit is over-range).
4. After testing, adjust the current output adjustment knob (counterclockwise) to the minimum, reset the measurement switch, and then turn off the power switch.
5. To repeat the test, simply reset the measurement switch, re-clamp the test clamps, and press the measurement switch again.
Fault Analysis
Precautions
| Fault Phenomenon | Cause Analysis | Troubleshooting Method | Remarks |
| No display after power-on | 1) Power not connected | Connect the power supply | When replacing the fuse, use the same type; do not substitute with other types. |
| 2) The instrument's 5A fuse is not installed properly or is open | Reinstall the fuse or replace it | ||
| Output current cannot reach 200A | 1) Test leads are too long, i.e., the wire cross-section is too small | Replace with wires of larger cross-section | |
| No current output | 1) The device under test is open circuit | Check the device Troubleshoot the fault |
|
| 2) There is an open circuit fault in the test loop | Check the test loop and eliminate the open circuit fault |
1. Before turning on the power switch, ensure the test button is released (not in test state) and the current adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise to the "zero" position.
2. The instrument should be placed indoors in a dry, ventilated area free from corrosive gases.
3. After testing, be sure to wait until the power is fully discharged before removing the test leads and other devices.
Transportation and Storage
1. Transportation
When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use our company's instrument packaging wooden box and shock-absorbing materials to avoid unnecessary damage during transit, which may cause you unnecessary losses.
When the equipment is transported without a wooden box, stacking is not allowed. When using our company's instrument packaging box, the maximum stacking layers allowed is two.
During transportation, the instrument panel should face upward.
2. Storage
The equipment should be stored indoors in a dry, dust-free, ventilated area free from corrosive gases. Without wooden box packaging, stacking is not allowed.
When the equipment is stored, the surface
