3KVA 5KVA/50KV Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Device Price

According to the requirements of the national standard DL/T848.2-2004 for test transformers, the product features small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, and convenient use. It is applicable to power, industrial and mining, scientific research and other departments, for power frequency withstand voltage tests and DC leakage tests on various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials. It is an indispensable instrument in high-voltage testing.

Product Structure:

The core of the series high-voltage test transformer is a single-frame type. The coil adopts a concentric cylindrical multi-layer tower structure. The primary low-voltage winding is wound on the core, and the secondary high-voltage winding is wound outside the low-voltage winding. This coaxial arrangement reduces the coupling loss between windings. The high-voltage silicon stack is packaged in a sleeve with a process, and the product shell is made into an octagonal structure that matches the core, with an overall beautiful and elegant appearance.

Working Principle:

1. The series high-voltage test transformer is a single-phase transformer with connection group label II. The working process of a single high-voltage test transformer is to connect AC 220V (380V for above 10KVA) voltage to the power control box (console), adjust the voltage from 0~200V (0~400V for above 10KVA) to the primary winding of the test transformer through the auto-transformer (external for above 50KVA) inside the power control box (console). According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the required high voltage for testing can be obtained on the high-voltage winding of the test transformer.
