1 Product Introduction
Dielectric Loss Tester is also suitable for measuring the tgδ and capacitance of high-voltage electrical equipment in workshops, laboratories, and scientific research institutions. Variable Frequency Dielectric Loss Tester adopts Chinese menu operation, and the microcomputer automatically completes the entire measurement process.
This instrument can measure high-voltage electrical equipment that is not grounded or directly grounded using positive and reverse connection methods. It can also measure the tgδ of capacitive voltage transformers and the capacitance of main capacitors C1 and C2. The instrument is equipped with an internal high-voltage step-up transformer and has safety protection measures such as zero-crossing closing and lightning protection. During the test, it outputs high voltage of different levels from 0.5KV to 10kV, making operation simple and safe. Variable Frequency Fully Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester
I. Product Overview:
The Variable Frequency Fully Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester is a high-precision testing instrument used in power plants, substations, and other field or laboratory settings to test the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment. The instrument has an integrated structure, incorporating a dielectric loss test bridge, a variable frequency voltage regulating power supply, a step-up transformer, and an SF6 high-standard capacitor for stability. The test high-voltage source is generated by the internal inverter and is boosted by the transformer for testing the test object. The frequency can be changed to 45Hz or 55Hz, 55Hz or 65Hz, using digital notch technology to avoid interference from power frequency electric fields on the test, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for occasions where testing is performed using a generator power supply after a complete power outage. The instrument can be equipped with an insulating oil cup to test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.
II. Product Technical Requirements
1) Main Features of the Product:
1. Large LCD Chinese Display The instrument is equipped with a large screen (105mm×65mm) Chinese menu interface, divided into left and right parts. The left side is the function menu area, and the right side is the relevant status information prompt. Every step is very clear, and operators can use it without professional training. With one operation, the microcomputer automatically completes the entire measurement process, making it a very ideal dielectric loss measurement device.
2. Massive Data Storage The instrument is equipped with a calendar chip and a large-capacity storage, which can save test results in chronological order, allowing for viewing historical records at any time and printing output;
3. Scientific and Advanced Data Management The instrument data can be exported via a USB drive and can be viewed and managed on any PC using our company's dedicated software, and work reports can be generated.
4. Multiple Test Modes The instrument can use various methods such as internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, positive connection method, reverse connection method, and self-excitation method for testing; under external standard and external high voltage, it can perform high-voltage (greater than 10kV) dielectric loss tests.
5. One-Step CVT Testing The instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVTs (capacitive voltage transformers) C1 and C2, achieving simultaneous testing of C1 and C2. The instrument can also test the CVT ratio and voltage phase difference.
6. High-Speed Signal Sampling The internal inverter and sampling circuit are fully digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable.
7. Multiple Protections for Safety and Reliability The instrument has multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, output short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, and temperature, ensuring the safety and reliability of the instrument. The instrument also has a grounding detection function to ensure that ungrounded equipment is not allowed to boost voltage.
