Portable SF6 Gas-Filled High-Voltage Test Transformer Product Overview
The sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas-filled test transformer is designed and produced based on the oil-immersed test transformer in accordance with the "Test Transformer" standard. SF6 gas has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding arc extinguishing performance. Its dielectric strength is 2.5 times that of nitrogen at the same pressure, and its breakdown voltage is 2.5 times that of air. At 0.25MPa, it equals the breakdown voltage of oil, and at 0.45MPa, it is twice the breakdown voltage of oil. It is a new generation of ultra-high voltage insulating dielectric material superior to oil. The technical requirements of this product fully comply with the "ZBK-41006-89" standard, and it is the replacement product for oil-immersed light test transformers.
Portable SF6 Gas-Filled High-Voltage Test Transformer Product Features
This product has the characteristics of small size, light weight, unaffected by climate changes, low corona, no need to rest after on-site handling, long service life, and maintenance-free.
It is suitable for insulation strength tests under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research departments.
It adopts a single-frame core-type iron core structure, with the primary winding wound on the iron core and the high-voltage winding on the outside. This coaxial arrangement reduces leakage flux, thereby increasing the coupling between windings. The product's outer shell is a cylindrical pot-type container structure that can withstand pressures above 0.8MPa.
