Fault Analysis
Precautions
| Fault Phenomenon | Cause Analysis | Troubleshooting Method | Remarks |
| No display upon power-on | 1) Power not connected | Connect the power supply | When replacing the fuse, use the same model; do not substitute with other types. |
| 2) The instrument's 5A fuse is not installed properly or is open | Reinstall the fuse or replace it | ||
| Output current cannot reach 200A | 1) Test line is too long, i.e., wire cross-section is too small | Replace with a wire of larger cross-section | |
| No current output | 1) The device under test is open circuit | Check the device Troubleshoot the fault |
|
| 2) There is an open circuit fault in the test loop | Check the test loop and eliminate the open circuit fault |
1. Before turning on the power switch, ensure the test button is released (non-test state) and the current adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise to the "zero" position.
2. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated room without corrosive gases.
3. After testing, wait until the power is fully discharged before removing test leads and other devices.
Transportation and Storage
1. Transportation
When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use the company's instrument packaging wooden box and shock-absorbing materials to avoid unnecessary damage during transit and prevent losses.
When transporting without a wooden box, do not stack the equipment. When using the company's packaging box, the maximum stacking height is two layers.
During transportation, the instrument panel should face upward.
2. Storage
The equipment should be placed in a dry, dust-free, ventilated room without corrosive gases. Without wooden box packaging, stacking is not allowed.
When storing, the panel should face upward. Place moisture-proof materials under the equipment to prevent dampness.
Development Trends
It will develop towards more precise, intelligent, and miniaturized directions.
