YDQ Gas-type Test Transformer

Gas-type Test Transformer

With the development of China's power industry, the voltage level requirements for test transformers are increasingly higher, while traditional oil-immersed test transformers are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of on-site work in terms of size and weight. Gas-type test transformers reduce size and weight, making it more convenient for customers to carry to the site for testing

With the progress of basic scientific research in China and the application of new materials and new processes, the new medium sulfur hexafluoride gas has been introduced into the application field of power equipment. Due to the excellent insulation and arc-extinguishing properties of sulfur hexafluoride gas, as well as its non-flammability, it has been widely used as a new insulating medium.

Structure

1. The design concept, material selection, and process flow of the YDQ series products are all new. Therefore, they are not only small in size, light in weight, and beautiful in appearance, but also all technical indicators meet the requirements of the standard.

The YDQ series products use high-quality cold-rolled DQ-151 oriented silicon steel sheets stacked into a multi-stage cylindrical frame-shaped iron core, and use QZ type wires to continuously wind high-voltage tower-type coils directly on a specially made high-strength insulating cylinder. The shell is of suitable size and filled with SF6 gas.

2. The difference between YDQ (JZ) products and YDQ products is that the high-voltage rectifier silicon stack is cleverly installed inside the high-voltage bushing, and by inserting and extracting the short-circuit rod, it can be switched between YDQ's power frequency high-voltage AC output and high-voltage DC output.

3. The difference between YDQ (C) products and YDQ products lies in the internal structure of the bushing.

YD (C) Cascade High-voltage Test Transformer

Overview

The main features and functions of the YD (C) cascade high-voltage test transformer are the same as the YDJ/TDM series. Its difference from the above-mentioned transformers is that it has great advantages compared with high-voltage test transformers, because the entire test device is composed of several single test transformers. Each single test transformer has small capacity, low voltage, light weight, and is easy to transport and install. It can be connected in series to combine the output voltage several times higher than a single test transformer, or it can be separated into several sets of single test transformers for independent use.

Characteristics

In the basic principle diagram of the cascade test transformer, the low-voltage power supply is applied to the primary winding a1x1 of test transformer I, and the output voltages of single test transformers I, II, and III are all V. The excitation windings A1, C1 supply power to the primary winding of the second-stage test transformer II; the excitation windings A2, C2 of the second-stage test transformer II supply power to the primary winding of the third-stage test transformer III. The boxes of the second-stage test transformer II and the third-stage test transformer III are respectively at high potentials of 1V and 2V to ground, so the boxes are insulated from ground, and the box of test transformer I is grounded.
