The three-phase DC resistance tester is a
tester for transformer DC resistance, which is a mandatory test item in transformer manufacturing for semi-finished and finished products, factory acceptance tests, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests by power departments. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as poor material selection, welding issues, loose connections, missing strands, broken wires in transformer coils, and hidden dangers after operation. The instrument can also perform single-channel, three-phase single-channel, and three-phase continuous winding DC resistance tests. The maximum test current for a single channel is 30A. It consists of three independent constant current linear power supplies and test units, allowing simultaneous testing of three phases of transformer tap windings, displaying results in real-time, and automatically calculating the unbalance rate, greatly reducing measurement time and improving work efficiency. The instrument is simple to operate, provides accurate and stable test data, and has data printing and storage functions. It is the preferred equipment for DC resistance testing work.
