The Three-channel DC Resistance Tester, abbreviated as DC Resistance Tester, English name: Three-channel DC Resistance Tester. The Three-channel DC Resistance Tester is a new generation of transformer DC resistance testing instrument.This instrument can also perform single-channel, three-channel single-phase, and three-channel continuous winding DC resistance tests. The maximum test current for a single channel is 30A. It consists of three independent constant current linear power supplies and test units, which can synchronously test three-phase transformer tap windings, display results simultaneously, and automatically calculate the unbalance rate, greatly shortening measurement time and improving work efficiency. The instrument is simple and convenient to operate, with accurate and stable test data, and has functions such as data printing and storage. It is the preferred equipment for DC resistance testing work

Precautions

To ensure safe and reliable operation of the instrument, please note the following:

1. For no-load tap-changing windings, do not switch the no-load tap changer during testing or before the discharge is complete.

2. For inductive test objects, do not remove the test leads until the discharge is complete (when the buzzer stops sounding).

3. If an external AC220V power failure occurs during testing, the instrument will start automatic discharge. Do not remove the test leads immediately; wait at least 5 minutes before removing them.
