The transformer comprehensive tester is a specialized instrument required for the maintenance and pre-testing of large power transformers, used for measuring DC resistance, on-load tap changer, and low-voltage short-circuit impedance.
The transformer parameter comprehensive tester was developed by our company under the commission of Shanghai Electric Power Company, and has obtained a patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office, patent number: ZL2010 2 0695010.9. It has also been awarded the Third Prize Certificate for Scientific and Technological Progress by Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company.
Product Features:
◆ The most prominent feature is that one instrument has three functions. It reduces the number of times personnel need to climb up and down the transformer to connect test leads, improves personal safety, and shortens testing time. It also reduces the number of equipment to carry, volume, and weight, thereby reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.
◆ DC resistance is tested simultaneously on three phases and with low-voltage automatic magnetic assist testing, saving testing time. It has calculation functions for three-phase unbalance and longitudinal error.
◆ When testing transformer low-voltage short-circuit impedance, a single-phase 220V low-voltage power supply is used to automatically apply current to the AB, BC, and CA windings of the transformer respectively, synchronously collecting voltage and current data and automatically converting to the rated impedance value and impedance error.
◆ When testing the transformer on-load tap changer, parameters such as transition waveform, transition time, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronization can be measured.
◆ Large-screen LCD display and touch screen, with hierarchical Chinese menu, making operation simple and fast.
◆ Complete back-EMF protection function.
◆ Can display, print, and store (using U disk storage) all test data of the transformer.
