KJTC-IV High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristics Tester User Manual
I. KJTC-IVHigh Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristics Tester ManufacturerOverview
The High Voltage Switch Comprehensive Tester is a specially designed instrument for detecting the mechanical dynamic characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers. It adopts high-tech technology, integrating a computer, printer, measurement interface circuit, and operating power supply into one unit, making it a new dedicated instrument for high-voltage circuit breaker testing. It is equipped with two types of displacement sensors suitable for different distances and precision measurements. The instrument's automatic identification system recognizes the selected sensor and completes distance and speed measurement for low-oil, multi-oil, SF6, and vacuum high-voltage circuit breakers. In the design, only one closing (opening) operation is needed to sample and record all data from six break points. Measurement results can be displayed with a single key operation, and the measured data can be printed, including current waveform diagrams for six break points and a time characteristic curve for the moving contact of one break point. The instrument processes data strictly according to the definitions in the national standards "GB 1984" and "GB 3309".

2. KJTC-IVHigh Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristics Tester ManufacturerMain Performance and Features of the Instrument
(1) The instrument uses highly stable components and anti-interference technologies such as floating, large-area, and digital filtering.
(2) The instrument is equipped with two types of displacement sensors, suitable for testing high-voltage circuit breakers with different distance, speed, and precision requirements. When different sensors are inserted, the instrument automatically identifies them. It can automatically recognize closing (opening) operations and reclosing operations of high-voltage circuit breakers, and automatically collect all data after the operation. The measurement and calculation process is completed automatically by the CPU.
(3) The instrument has automatic recognition capability and strong self-protection functions for wiring errors during measurement, incorrect commands, and unsuccessful operations of high-voltage circuit breakers.
(4) It displays the closing (opening) sequence and the actual closing (opening) time of each break point, providing a basis for maintenance and debugging of three-phase non-simultaneity and same-phase non-simultaneity of high-voltage circuit breakers. Data related to time quantities with a precision of 0.1 milliseconds are automatically not displayed or output.
(5) For the measurement of moving contact travel and over-travel, the instrument can calculate and measure the travel and over-travel data of all three-phase break points simultaneously by installing a sensor on any one phase of the high-voltage circuit breaker. The speed measurement accuracy of the instrument is 1% of the second-meter.
(6) The power supply box provides a 0-250V DC operating power supply to directly operate high-voltage circuit breakers. It is suitable for operating mechanisms with DC control such as electromagnetic, hydraulic, and spring energy storage types.
(7) The instrument is small in size, light in weight, simple to operate, and easy to carry. It is especially suitable for field mobile testing and on-site maintenance testing in substations. It is an essential tool for the production, inspection, maintenance, and debugging of high-voltage circuit breakers.
