The Circuit Breaker Mechanical Characteristics Tester is a specialized instrument developed to meet the needs of on-site testing of high-voltage switch operating characteristics.It uses a microcontroller as the core for sampling, processing, and output. Its main features include Chinese prompts for human-machine dialogue operation, Chinese display of results, and print output. It has the advantages of intelligence, multiple functions, accurate data, strong anti-interference, simple operation, small size, light weight, and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for dynamic characteristic testing of various indoor and outdoor, low-oil, multi-oil switches, vacuum switches, and SF6 switches.
Main Functions
This instrument is mainly suitable for testing and analyzing mechanical characteristic parameters of high-voltage switches such as multi-oil, low-oil, SF6, and vacuum types.
It can measure opening and closing times of contacts, phase-to-phase synchronization, inter-phase synchronization, contact bounce time, travel, speed, and perform low-voltage operation tests for various switches. The instrument collects relevant waveforms during measurement for users to analyze and calculate.
The instrument is easy to operate, and the speed sensor is convenient to install.
The instrument has a built-in adjustable DC power supply, which can simulate various switch operation commands under software control. The built-in DC power supply is electrically isolated from the power grid.
The instrument has a large-capacity built-in memory and relevant computer data communication interfaces.
The instrument has strong electromagnetic interference resistance and can work reliably in electromagnetic interference environments of 500kV and below substations.
The instrument is installed in an imported chassis. It is not only beautiful in appearance but also robust in structure; suitable for field operations and can withstand frequent transportation.
