The Water-Cooled Generator Insulation Tester, Stator Water-Cooled Generator Insulation Characteristic Tester is specially used for measurement tests of water-cooled generators, and can also be used for insulation testing in laboratories or on-site. This instrument has the function of automatically compensating and eliminating the influence of polarization potential on measurement results, fundamentally overcoming the defects of other similar products.

The Stator Water-Cooled Generator Insulation Characteristic Tester has strong load capacity, outputs rated negative high voltage of 2500V, short-circuit current is about 40mA; when load is 70kΩ, voltage drop is <10%. In addition to accurately measuring insulation performance, this instrument can also automatically measure temperature, humidity, and time; automatically calculate absorption ratio and polarization index; store each measurement result; comes with a built-in printer; and can communicate with computers.

Purpose

The Insulation Characteristic Tester is specially used for resistance measurement of water-cooled generators, and can also be used for insulation testing in laboratories or on-site. The output current is greater than 25mA at 2500V voltage. The maximum output voltage is 2500V. It contains a high-precision micro-current measurement system and a digital voltage boosting system. Only one high-voltage wire and one signal wire are needed to connect to the test object for measurement. The measurement is automatic, and the results are displayed on a large LCD screen and stored.

Suitable for measuring insulation resistance, absorption ratio, and polarization index of water-cooled generators (fully automatic). ● The rated test voltage is 2500V, and can measure insulation resistance up to 100GΩ (100000MΩ).
