Product Overview
The JY-I Transformer Ratio and Group Tester is based on IEC and relevant national standards. During the production, user acceptance, and maintenance testing of power transformers, the transformer ratio test is a mandatory item. This effectively supervises the quality of transformers during factory delivery and in use, preventing inter-turn short circuits, open circuits, connection errors, internal faults in tap changers, or contact failures. Our company independently developed and manufactured the JY-I Transformer Ratio and Group Tester, which not only fully meets the on-site usage requirements of users, with simple operation, complete functions, and stable and reliable data, but is also the first instrument in China to date that can perform blind testing (accurately measuring without knowing the connection mode and group of the transformer under test, while also accurately measuring phase angles), and test the parallel operation status of main transformers; it fundamentally solves the testing issues for transformers in parallel operation, and can adapt to the needs of various large, medium, and small transformer ratio tests (including rectifier transformers, non-integer phase-shifting transformers, Scott and inverse Scott transformers). It is the most advanced, with the most complete testing items and more comprehensive measurement parameters among domestic ratio testers to date. The ratio and group tester uses a large-screen true color LCD as the display, with a full Chinese graphical operation interface and Chinese prompt information, and a multi-parameter display LCD interface. The human-machine dialogue interface is friendly, and the vector diagram display and wiring judgment provide reliable basis for checking the correctness of the circuit. The full touch conductive silicone keyboard operation mode provides good hand feel and is easy to learn. The instrument has a built-in large-capacity data storage that does not lose data when power is off, allowing on-site calibration data to be saved, with expandable storage for up to 1000 sets of on-site calibration results. It can provide background computer management software to upload results to a computer, achieving computerized management. The instrument uses an engineering plastic shell independently designed and molded by our company, making the instrument appearance beautiful and practical. On-site testing operation is convenient.
