Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester can be used for 5KVA/50KV power frequency withstand voltage tests. It conducts insulation performance tests on various electrical products and insulating materials. It is a dedicated high-voltage power frequency withstand voltage test device integrating voltage boosting, control, overcurrent protection, and overvoltage protection display.
2. Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester Product Features:
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester adopts multiple new technologies and new processes. Its features include: horizontal core layout with low center of gravity; concentric arrangement of the box and core coil; balancing coils to reduce leakage flux loss; thin paper cylinder reinforced small gap structure with large insulation margin. The shell adopts a thin-wall arched structure supplemented by support plates. It achieves light weight, high mechanical strength, and is easy to transport and use on site.
3. Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester Product Principle:
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester applies 0~200V voltage on the low-voltage side. Due to electromagnetic induction, a high voltage of 50KV AC and 70KV DC with a capacity of 5KVA can be obtained on the high-voltage side.

4. Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester Usage Instructions:
1. Connect the working circuit according to the wiring diagram. Note that the high-voltage winding tail end, transformer shell, control box (cabinet) shell, and common ground must be properly grounded. The ground wire must not be arbitrarily tied to water pipes.
2. Before connecting the power supply, the voltage regulator handle of the Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester control box must be turned to zero. Set the current relay dial switch to the number corresponding to the required protection current value. After connecting the plug wire to the power supply, the green indicator light turns on. Press the start button, the red indicator light turns on, indicating that the voltage regulator circuit is energized and ready for voltage boosting.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator handle uniformly clockwise at a speed of 1.5-2kV per second to adjust the voltage until the required voltage value is reached, while closely monitoring the Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester instrument indications and the condition of the test object. Do not close the test transformer at full voltage.
4. After the test, reduce the output voltage to below 10 uniformly within 5 seconds, then press the stop button to cut off the voltage.
5. When using the Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester for DC withstand voltage tests, first pull out the short-circuit rod in the high-voltage bushing, then screw the microammeter onto the threaded hole at the top of the high-voltage bushing; when using the Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester for AC withstand voltage tests, the short-circuit rod must be inserted and the microammeter must not be installed.
6. During the test, if the voltmeter pointer of the Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Tester swings significantly, the ammeter indication increases sharply, or the test object shows smoke, arcing, burning smell, abnormal noise, etc., stop the test immediately, cut off the power, and check the cause. During the test, if the test object short-circuits or breaks down, the overcurrent relay in the control box (cabinet) will operate to cut off the power. At this time, immediately turn the voltage regulator handle back to zero.
