Working Principle
1. Principle description: The instrument selects the gear through the 1A/5A switch on the panel, and the conversion switch controls its output of various quantities. Each time a different output is switched, the digital ammeter on the instrument can automatically monitor its output value.
2. The small knob above the output knob is for fine adjustment (controlled by the fine adjustment sliding resistor coil), and the large knob below is for coarse adjustment (controlled by the coarse adjustment sliding resistor coil); first adjust the coarse adjustment knob, then the fine adjustment knob.
3. Circuit principle: The input 220V power supply passes through the fuse and then enters the input end of the voltage regulator T1 through the output control relay K1. The power adjusted by the knob enters the isolation transformer T2, which also serves as a current booster. The current booster has two output taps: one is 0.01-1A output, which can be finely adjusted; the second tap is 0-5A. This tap outputs 0.01-1A AC current through a sensor control, and can output 0-5A through a relay conversion, which can be increased according to user requirements.
