HLY-III Loop Resistance Tester According to the new "Power Equipment Handover and Preventive Test Procedures", the measurement of conductive loop resistance for various switchgear should use a test current of no less than 100A.

In response, our factory has designed and developed a new generation of intelligent loop resistance tester products according to the new regulations. This product is suitable for testing the contact resistance of main contacts in high and low voltage switches, and the DC resistance of high and low voltage cable lines. The HLY-III intelligent loop resistance tester adopts a 100A constant current output. The maximum output voltage reaches 10V (2-3 times that of conventional instruments), allowing the use of thin test leads, greatly reducing the labor intensity of field testers. The entire test process is automatically controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, with high accuracy, good repeatability, single-button operation, simple and easy, and test data displayed on an LCD. Suitable for different working environments.

II. Working Principle

This instrument has a built-in 100A/200A switching power supply, achieving constant current 100A/200A dual-loop real-time tracking test, ensuring correct test results.

IV. Operating Procedure

1. Connect according to the four-terminal method.

2. Turn on the power.

3. Press the measurement/print key (if the current display A value is less than 100A/200A, it can be corrected via the panel current fine-tuning).

4. After the measurement value is displayed, if you need to save data, press the measurement/print key for three seconds to print the data.

5. After the measurement, please turn off the power.

6. Please take care of the test clamps.
