Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester
DARUI Electric recommends for you:
The Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester is an advanced instrument for measuring dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx), used for measuring dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx) of various insulating materials, insulating bushings, power cables, capacitors, transformers, and other high-voltage equipment under power frequency high voltage. It eliminates the QS high-voltage bridge. It features simple operation, Chinese display, printing, convenient use, no conversion needed, built-in high voltage, strong anti-interference capability, fast test time (fastest among similar domestic products), compact size, and light weight.
Technical Parameters
1. High voltage output: 0.5 to 10kV, with each step increasing by 500V, totaling 20 steps
High voltage output cable, can be used dragging on the ground
Three frequencies: 45Hz, 50Hz, 55Hz
2. Capacity: 1500VA
3. Accuracy: tgδ: ±(reading*1.0%+0.08%)
Cx: ±(reading*1.5%+5PF)
4. Resolution: tgδ: 0.01% Cx: 1pF
5. Measurement range: 0.1% < tgδ < 50%
3PF< Cx < 60000PF
At 10KV, Cx ≤30000PF
At 5KV, Cx ≤60000PF
6. Power supply: AC 220V±10% 50±1Hz
7. Harmonic adaptation: ≤3%
Usage Precautions
1. Only use on de-energized equipment; other equipment can remain energized.
2. The instrument has a built-in voltage boosting device; pay attention to the insulation of the high-voltage lead and personnel safety.
3. The instrument should be reliably grounded.
4. Before using this instrument to test equipment, perform insulation testing on the equipment first.
5. Determine the voltage withstand level of the equipment and correctly select the voltage boosting gear of the instrument to prevent breakdown of the equipment and damage to the instrument.
6. Although the dedicated high-voltage cable provided with the instrument has passed factory inspection, it should still be kept away from the human body and low-voltage test leads during measurement.
7. Input voltage is AC220V±10%; exceeding this range may affect test accuracy. The maximum input voltage is AC264V; exceeding this value will cause permanent damage, and the manufacturer will not provide warranty for such damage.
8. The printer may experience paper jams due to loose paper roll during transportation. In such cases, simply remove the paper roll, tighten it, and reinstall it.
9. The instrument should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
10. When powered by a generator, the output neutral line should be grounded; otherwise, a grounding error will be indicated.
